Our products come with a guarantee, so if you’re still within the guarantee period, please make sure your product is registered before you get in touch.

REQUEST A CALLIMPORTANT: If you’d like us to help you resolve an issue, let us know and we’ll get in touch with some options to resolve it as quickly as possible. Don’t forget to include the product, age, water system, the specific issue you’re experiencing and your address if we need to send you some spare parts. You can also upload a photo of your product in the “choose file” section so we can make sure we’ve got it right for you.
